Prescription lenses are not refundable or returnable. The customer, by sending its own prescription, ensures it is correct and working for him/her.
The frame may be refunded to the customer in case of prescription glasses.
Shipping of purchased items may take between 1 and 15 days, depending on the availability of lenses by the supplier (read below).
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Shipping
Shipping is processed in different times depending on the type of product purchased.
Sun glasses (no RX) are shipped within one (1) working day.
Single Vision Clear lenses glasses are generally shipped within 1 to 3 days.
Single Vision Sun lenses glasses are generally shipped between 1 and 2 weeks after purchase, depending on the requested color.
Progressive Clear lenses glasses are generally shipped within 3 to 7 days.
Progressive Photosensitive lenses glasses are generally shipped within 3 to 7 days.
Progressive Sun lenses glasses are generally shipped between 1 and 2 weeks after purchase, depending on the requested color.
All the shipping times above are subject to possible modifications, depending on lenses availability.
We use DHL, UPS and FedEx as our main shipping couriers, guaranteeing fast and reliable service.
We do not take responsibility for custom issues for the receiving country.
